Blade Torrent 110 FPV BNF
The Blade Torrent 110 FPV BNF is a definite hot rod. This powerful micro brushless FPV racer is a blast for the novice and expert alike.
Don’t let the micro size fool you. This tiny titan can handle all of your racing needs, with it’s 2mm carbon fiber frame and removable blade guards. Speed is it’s specialty and is provided by four Blade 7600Kv Brushless Motors mated to a Betaflight configurable F3 flight controller. Just plug into the Betaflight controller and you can tune all of your parameters from mild to wild. Your FPV action is handled through a 600TVL camera with a wide 120 degree field of view to let you navigate clearly in tight indoor races or outside fields.
My experience with the Torrent has been a handful. It’s capabilities far out perform my piloting talents. Flying indoors with the 3c is the definition of insanity and I will be getting the smaller 2c battery. Flight times are on the short side with around 3 min on the 3c.
I got the Torrent to race indoors at my local hobby store. But I realize I need way more practice to handle this beast especially flying indoors FPV. Parameter tweaking is something I will absolutely look into to better fit it to my flying style. There are way more parameter options to adjust than I currently have time to explore. Due to it’s size, the torrent is much more sensitive and responsive than my other larger drones.
My flight setup includes a Spektrum DX6e radio and a EACHINE EV800D 5.8GFPV VR Goggles. This combination offers an affordable FPV piloting solution to allow you get up flying without breaking the budget.
